Burger and Cheese Straws Recipe / Serving Suggestion

Mama Geraldine's Chipotle Cheese Straw Burgers

Snack On Y'all!


• 1-2 lbs of Ground Round
(80/20 ration lean to fat for best flavor)

• 1 box Mama Geraldine’s Chipotle Cheese Straws, crushed into bread crumbs

• 1 Egg, beaten

• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1/3 c. chopped onions

• 1 Tbsp Cumin (optional)

• 1 tsp minced Garlic  

• Salt and Pepper



1) Combine first 7 ingredients

2) Form the Hamburger Patties

3) Salt and pepper

4) Spray grill with non-stick 

5) Grill on med-high approx...
6 mins each side.

6) Serve on toasted bun with melted Cheddar, lettuce & tomato

Mama Geraldine's Parmesan Herb Turkey Burgers

Mama's Blessings - One Bite at a Time


• 1 lb Ground Turkey (white meat)

• 1/2 C Mama Geraldine’s Parmesan Herb Cheese Straws (crushed to bread crumbs)

• 1 tsp smoke paprika

• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1/2 C crumbled Feta Cheese

• 1 Tbsp Mayo (heaping)

• 1/2 C chopped Basil 

• 1/2 tsp minced Garlic

• 1 Egg, beaten

• Salt and Pepper



1) Combine first 9 ingredients

2) Form into Patties

3) Salt and Pepper 

4) Place cast iron skillet on grill, cook on high to medium heat for 6 minutes on each side. Or place directly on grill after spraying with non-stick oil.

5) Serve on toasted buns, with Havarti or Gouda cheese, lettuce, tomato onion.
